A régi téglagyár mögötti dombtetőn található a Hilltop Neszmély borászat és vendégház. A neszmélyi iskola Makovecz Imre tervei alapján épült. Neszmély híres a réteséről is. A község határában található a Neszmélyi Arborétum, ahol országosan is jelentős atlaszcédrus-telepítési kísérlet folyik.
