Follow these steps to fix the problem. Update your payment method. To get back to enjoying Netflix, update or change your payment method. You can retry the same payment method by re-entering your existing account information, or you can try a different payment option.
Go to the Billing Details page. You may need to sign in if you haven't already. Click on the date of the charge you wish to view. The link will open a printable invoice page for that specific charge. If you prefer to print all the charges within the last year, you can print the Billing Details page.

Select Remove next to the old one. On the Netflix Account page, you can change your billing day, add a backup payment method, and view billing details.
