Go to netflix.com/clearcookies. This will sign you out of your account. Select Sign In and enter your Netflix email and password. Try Netflix again.
To sign up from your Android device, visit netflix.com/signup from a mobile browser. If you have the Netflix app from the Google Play store, you can start sign-up from the app. You'll need to use a mobile or computer browser to finish signing up.
Sign in with your Netflix account to watch instantly on the web at netflix.com from your personal computer or on any internet-connected device that offers the Netflix app, including smart TVs, smartphones, tablets, streaming media players and game consoles.
Signing in. Once you've opened the Netflix app or Netflix website, select Sign In to access your account and begin watching TV shows and movies. You can sign in on any Netflix-compatible device, or on multiple compatible devices.
If you know your password and can sign in to Netflix but want to change it, go to netflix.com/password. You can also go to your account page and choose Change password on any non-Kids profile. If you can't sign in or can’t remember your password, see How to change or reset your password.
Go to netflix.com/loginhelp. Choose Email. Enter your email address and tap or click Email Me. Look for an email from Netflix about resetting your password. It should arrive within a few minutes. Tap or click the link in the email to be signed in to Netflix automatically. Once signed in, you'll be asked to create a new password.
