About Us. The Farm Service Agency in Nevada is headquartered in Reno. There are seven county offices primarily located in USDA Service Centers serving over 3,400 farms across the State. The seven offices are located in Elko, Ely, Fallon, Las Vegas, Lovelock, Winnemucca and Yerington.
Contact Information. The Nevada Department of Agriculture was established in 1915 by Chapter 561, Nevada Revised Statutes. The mission of the Nevada Department of Agriculture is to preserve, protect and promote Nevada Agriculture.
Pest Control Section. This section within the Nevada Department of Agriculture licenses and monitors pest control companies and individuals for compliance with applicable laws and regulations.
