May 13, 2024 · Located on State Road (M-37) in downtown Newaygo, the park is named for Trooper Kevin Marshall, who is honored with a memorial statue there. The park includes a pavilion and a lookout deck on Brooks Creek, allowing scenic views. Fishing on the Muskegon River.
