Nicholas V, Duke of Krnov was a member of the Přemyslid dynasty.
Two years later, the duchy was inherited by his sons Wenceslaus II and Nicholas V, who ruled jointly until 1437, when Nicholas received Krnov together with Bruntál, Pless, Rybnik, Loslau, and Sohrau.

He was Duke of Krnov from 1452 to 1474 and Duke of Wodzisław Śląski from 1464 until his death. Life [ edit ] John IV was the elder son of Duke Nicholas V of Krnov and his wife, Margaret Clemm of Ellguth.
