Jan 24, 2024 · The ParaPro Assessment was created in order to satisfy the federal regulations regarding education included in the No Child Left Behind (NCLB) Act. That regulation has since been repealed and replaced with the Every Student Succeeds Act (ESSA), but still leaves the requirements in place which made the ParaPro Assessment necessary.
