Jul 23, 2023 · Don’t be fooled by the caller ID: Scammers can easily spoof any number and make it appear as if you are receiving a phone call from an official number. 1-800-432-1000 is listed as an actual Bank of America phone number. Of course, this Zelle scammer was not actually calling me from that number.
