  2. Joe Flanagan has a sparkling resume both as a player and a coach in the hockey world. Drafted into the NHL in 1988, Joe has served in many roles during his hockey life. Currently, he is the co-Owner of the Northern Cyclones and serves as the head coach of our USPHL Elite team.
