Jan 24, 2017 · The main character, Nurse Matilda, gives the bad children lessons she thinks they need to learn to be good. The book is mostly for children ages 8-14 for the most part. Coupled with the DVD, Nanny McPhee, it is very entertaining. I would recommend it to any parent intent on giving their children a good understanding of right and wrong.

Jan 1, 2007 · Nurse Matilda was the first book i read from cover to cover i borrowed it from the library and hated having to return it, I remember it was a small hardback book with only one story but the cover drawing was same. This was 51 years ago.

Jan 1, 2005 · This one book contains three different Nurse Matilda stories by Christianna Brand: Nurse Matilda, Nurse Matilda Goes to Town, and Nurse Matilda Goes to Hospital. I thoroughly enjoyed the first story, Nurse Matilda. I more and more tired of the stories by the 2nd and then 3rd.
