Background
While taking the form of Heroic Spirit Nursery Rhyme, she was actually a young girl's fantasy formed into a magical girl modeled from Nursery Rhyme. While acting exactly like Nursery Rhyme, she is a passive existence born from the unconsciousness and not something actively summoned like a Servant. She appears as an Echo in the First Lady's Reality Marble, where she is granted a temporary body and magical energy. She then took part in and survived in the Magical Girls instigated by the First Lady to established her own kingdom. Like the other survivors, she was granted a jewel to grant her absolute authority in her kingdom. She founded the Land of Sweets., where spent her time playing with Glasya Labolas. Bored with only have one playmate, though, she tried to play with the Sweets people, but they broke too easily. They were formerly human, so she doesn't blame them.
