The County Clerk of New York County is responsible for receiving papers initiating actions and special proceedings and maintaining the official case files of the court, which contain all papers filed with the court in each case.
You should submit a request for court records directly to the Clerk of the Court or the County Clerk that possesses those records. Typically, the court in which the case was handled will have those records.
