A temporary solution for now would be to get the torrent files straight from the subber's sites yourself. Will probably be harder on older anime's as the provider name isn't the same, but that's all we can do currently. Nyaa loads very slowly & has been for the past few days for me (PH, no VPN, not blocked by ISP).
