Turns out it was a no standing zone. I did not know. I assumed it may had been just for the afternoon or something. Before I plead not guilty and email over evidence, I'm curious if anyone has ever won one of these cases via email/mail. If I have to show to court, I'd rather just pay the $95.

Oct 20, 2011 · Plea: I, Holly Smith , plead Not Guilty to summons, NYC parking ticket# 132112943-‐9. Reason for plea: I plead not guilty due to the fact that the ticket is defective. A required element of the summons, under the law, is missing. The notice of violation fails to state the date of expiration.
