1 day ago · New member. 05-20-2024 01:18 PM. I have a HP Omen 45 L . It is almost half a year old. I have had problems with it as long as I had it. The problems have gotten worse lately. My computer will start up (and the RGB will light up), but won't make connection with my screen (s) or with my mouse. I used for the last half year a workaround.
I read a post few days ago here that in some Omen laptops, 23H2 is causing memory leak issue leading to lagging and mouse pointer hangs. Apparently, it happens due to some update issue between Microsoft drivers and AMD integrated gpu drivers. Have anybody else encountered the issue? Is it safe to update the laptop to latest version?
