Sebastian Stan is the Romanian-American actor who portrays Jefferson on ABC's Once Upon a Time.
On television, Stan has played Carter Baizen in Gossip Girl (2007–2010), Prince Jack Benjamin in Kings (2009), Mad Hatter in Once Upon a Time (2012), and T.J. Hammond in Political Animals (2012). The latter earned him a nomination for a Critics' Choice Television Award.
