When you report a power outage, the information you provide must match existing OPPD account information for the location of the outage. To report a loss of power, start by looking up your account information with one of the following.
Payment Installment. For those situations when you may need some extra time to catch up on your electric bill, a Payment Installment may be able to help. The program can be set up for 6, 9, or 12 months. If you miss one payment, you will be removed from the program, the full amount will be due and you will be unable to reapply for six months.
