Jan 10, 2009 · Hi Guys, as title of thread suggest I am having difficulty connecting my new 3g iphone to my wifi at home via an orange live box. The phone detects the network but wont connect even though I enter the password correctly (done it and checked it too many times to mention) and set the livebox in 'pairing mode' by pressing the number 1 button.
Jan 8, 2010 · Turn off all security. Press the pairing button on the Livebox. Within 10 minutes, connect your laptop by wireless. Turn on WEP security on your Livebox. Reboot your laptop, press the pairing button again and connect your laptop by wireless. Enter your WEP key when prompted.
It is the problem Michael.What you need to do is log onto the TP Link and disable the DHCP server on it.You then need to assign it an IP Address on the LAN side, that is within the range of your Orange box (you can check your current IP by connecting to the Orange box with your computer, click start, type in CMD and press enter.
Oct 16, 2016 · Interestingly, the live box pictured at the start of this blog is, I am told, the third generation model. We were supplied one of these originally and it did not work that well. It was replaced like for like and we still had problems. Consequently, Orange sent us a second generation, white box which worked well for a time.
