Keith Noel Emerson (2 November 1944 – 11 March 2016) was an English keyboardist, songwriter, composer and record producer. He played keyboards in a number of bands before finding his first commercial success with the Nice in the late 1960s. [1]
The first records of Thomas Elliot as an organ builder date from 1790 when he was established in Holborn. [2] Later he moved to premises on the Tottenham Court Road. He is thought to have worked for the company founded by John Snetzler. He is thought to have formed a partnership with John Nutt, until Nutt's death in 1804.
