Sep 3, 2016 · 3 September, 2016. Oslo City Hall (Rådhuset) houses the city council and the administration of Oslo. The interiors of Oslo City Hall were decorated by famous Norwegian artists: Per Krohg, Axel Revold, Alf Rolfsen, Dagfin Werenskiold… It is also the place where the Nobel Peace Prize ceremony is presented every year on December 10.
Opening hours are every day from 09:00 to 16:00 (See exceptions below.) All visitors must pass through our security check to enter the City Hall. Queues may occur and some waiting time should be calculated. The City Hall is closed for visitors on the following days in 2024: 19th March - Open from 09:00-12:00. 30th and 31st of March.
