Out of Time has that late 80's future aesthetic down, which is most of the fun. Bruce Abbott's time traveler is kind of an idiot, seemingly unaware of how anything works a mere 100 years ago, while Bill Maher's frustrated 80's cop is an interesting mix of benevolent futurist and unabashed glory-hound.
