Nov 27, 2023 · Horrible customer service. Horrible customer service. I ordered a package from them for a gift. It never arrived and it was marked as delivered. I contacted FedEx who sent me to pacsun who sent me to a messaging service that was zero help. They told me to wait 2 more days and then we may be able to discuss further options.
