Paramount International Networks ( PIN) is the international division of Paramount that handles overseas operations for Nickelodeon, MTV, Comedy Central, VH1 and other Viacom networks (now known as Paramount Media Networks), This division was launched in 2002. In 2016, they purchased Telefe and Telefe Internacional, giving them full ownership.
The division previously owned all CBS-branded European TV channels in a joint venture with AMC Networks International and an Australian television company, Ten Network Holdings.
