Jul 7, 2021 · Time to book a night out. Being a parent and maintaining a household can definitely hinder your social life. Between meal planning, drawn-out bedtime routines, school commitments or your day job, it's hard finding time to spend with your significant other — or any other adults for that matter.
Some choose to leave the club, while others might stay on site for a workout (or a spa appointment or maybe some time in the sauna — there are lots of options!). We talked to a few parents to learn how and why they spend time at Life Time with their families, plus how they make the most of Parents Night Out.

Parents’ Night Out is a fantastic evening of fun with friends at the YMCA. Our enthusiastic staff come ready to entertain and engage. Kids enjoy games, crafts, swimming and more centered around a unique monthly theme.
Programs are available for kids between ages 2 and 12. Registration opens up several weeks before each opportunity, so be sure to check schedules regularly. Space is limited and programs fill up quickly!
We are open for activities from 6:00 PM to 10:00 PM every Friday with pick-up times between 10:00 and 10:30. What is the cost? $25 for preregistered children, or $30 for walk-in customers. Participants should be 4+ and potty trained (thank you!) Other fun FAQ’s. What foods/snacks do we offer?
