Park Rapids is a city in and the county seat of Hubbard County, Minnesota, United States. It is the location of Itasca State Park, the source of the Mississippi River. The population was 3,709 at the 2010 census. U.S. Route 71 and Minnesota State Highway 34 are two of the main arterial routes through the city.
