Sep 27, 2023 · Sep 27, 2023 Updated Sep 27, 2023. BANGOR -- It was 50 years ago when Partners for Peace became the first domestic violence resource center in Maine. On October 6th, a gala at Cross Insurance Center will bring together supporters of their movement to recognize the progress they have made towards addressing violence in intimate relationships.
