TRICARE Online Patient Portal (TOL PP) Decommissioning Update. As of 9 March 2024, all sites have transitioned to the MHS GENESIS Patient Portal (MHSG PP). Use MHSG PP for online healthcare requests: Secure Messaging: Go to MHSG PP Messaging tab to message your Provider team.
TRICARE Online (TOL) is a Department of Defense (DoD) computer system. Use of this site is governed by multiple DoD policies and terms summarized in the TOL Security Policy. Many of these policies are designed to protect the privacy of your personal information. We encourage you to review these policies.
The MHS GENESIS Patient Portal will replace the TOL PP as the new DoD Electronic Health Record (EHR) and is currently implemented at select facilities. Patients can continue to use the TOL PP access their healthcare information from the previous DoD EHR (AHLTA).
