Feb 1, 2023 · Secure Patient Portals allow Military Health System beneficiaries to manage their individual or family health care online. The MHS is currently using two patient portals, TRICARE Online and MHS GENESIS, DOD's new electronic health record. As MHS GENESIS deploys across the MHS, the MHS Patient Portal is replacing TRICARE Online.

TRICARE Online Patient Portal Decommissioning The TRICARE Online Patient Portal is in the process of Decommissioning. Many sites have transitioned to the MHS GENESIS (MHSG) Patient Portal. All sites will complete transitions to the new Patient Portal by late October 2023.
