Sally Wheet (played by Patricia Arquette) is a recurring character in Season 4 and Season 5. She is the tough-as-nails owner of a speak-easy in Tampa, Florida, whose unusual breast size wins over Nucky. She becomes a business partner and eventually, his lover.
She is first seen in season 4 episode 3 “Acres of Diamonds” in passing at a meeting arranged for Nucky and Eli at her speakeasy.
