Patrick Thompson Obituary. Patrick was born on June 9, 1944 at City Hospital in Akron, Ohio to Howard V. “Mike” and Dorothy Helen Thompson. He was preceded in death by his parents, and step-sister, Georgia Ann Kennedy of Fort Wayne, Indiana.
