Jul 19, 2021 · Paul Turner was an accomplished two-stroke tuner and engine builder in the ‘80s. During part of that time he was part of Team Honda, and the build on this ATC 250R is very similar to the kits used by Team Honda ATV racers in the ’80s.

Aug 22, 2023 · Paul Turner was the engine builder for Team Honda back in the 1980s, working with top ATV racers like Marty Hart. While many of the teams were running CalFab swingarms at the time, Turner developed his own line of swingarms for a brief period. We spotted one while touring the ATC Addiction warehouse and snapped a picture of this very rare find.

Jul 28, 2014 · Paul before he founded Rock Shox had Paul Turner Racing in Santa Cruz and built parts and pipes for ATV's. Paul went on to reinvent mtn bike suspension as we know it now. He then founded Maverick bikes and designed suspension for that brand. Paul now lives in Maui and owns a bike park on his own land.
