This day is significant because I was born and reared in the Roman Catholic Church.
But with essentially mandatory college attendance, more demanding work schedules, and lower relative incomes millennials are waiting until 30 and later to pursue marriage. The church teaching became harder to follow, and those who did follow it became fairly “weird”. Homosexuality had an even worse outcome.
