Percy's is one of the coolest landmarks in Madison and has been there since the 30's or 40's. They also carry a great line of tires that are specially designed for all seasons. I know that going to Percy's has saved me money over the dealerships that are always trying to up-sell repairs and over-charge to boot. Anyway, five stars to Percy's!

Jul 20, 2013 · Apr 16, 2002. Jerry, the owner and chief mechanic at Percy's, is a very honest, hardworking guy who knows a great deal about keeping the old girl on the road. If anything, Jerry errs a little on saving the customer monay, never reccomending unnecessary repairs, and always trying the most economical routes to roadworthyness first.
