Peter Cecil Bull, DSC (21 March 1912 – 20 May 1984) was a British actor who appeared in supporting roles in such films as The African Queen, Tom Jones, and Dr. Strangelove . Biography. British actor Peter Bull made his stage debut in 1933 at age 21, his film debut one year later (The Silent Voice [1934]) and his Broadway bow the next year. He was brought to Hollywood for a small role in Marie Antoinette (1938), which costarred his lifelong friend and fellow Briton Robert Morley.
