Sep 8, 2021 · PHILADELPHIA (September 8, 2021) – Philadelphia Gas Works’ (PGW) customers can now enroll in the utility’s Parts & Labor Plan (PLP), which protects customers from the additional costs of repairing malfunctioning or broken appliances. The enrollment period for PLP is open for coverage beginning Nov. 1, 2021 through Oct. 31, 2022.
