Wendy Wason is a Scottish writer, comedian and actress. Career. Wason reached the grand final of the Babycham Funny Women competition at The Comedy Store (London) in 2005. In 2008 Wason appeared on Last Comic Standing and she did her first Edinburgh Fringe Festival hour long show called Things I didn’t know.

Check out my latest photos and videos. A comedian and actress, Wendy has had three successful Edinburgh Festival shows from her one woman show 'Things I Didn't Know, I Didn't Know' in 2008 to Flashbacks in 2011. In 2008 she was flown to the States by NBC for their Last Comic Standing show.
She currently performs as part of The Cutting Edge at The Comedy Store in London and has written and stars in her own sitcom for BBC Scotland – Half My Age Plus Seven, due for broadcast in October 2014 and she writes for the Huffington Post.
