Pierwszy Dzien Wolnosci plot. A group of Polish officers has just been liberated from a camp and heads to a completely destroyed German city. Among the few stragglers there are Doctor Rhode and his two daughters Luzzi and Inga. The latter is very displeased with the outcome of the war, because her fiancé as an SS officer is now seen as a criminal.
