    I recently attended the Bacardi Legacy competition finals in San Francisco and while witnessing all of the amazing bartenders from around the world mixing inventive concoctions, I was inspired. Once I returned home, I took a bottle of the Bacardi Carta Blanca from my cabinet and started stirring, shaking and blending. Many delicious concoctions were created that day and today I want to share my favorite recipe that came out of that experimentation with you. This Mango Piña Colada was created using the most tropical produce I could find at the market. Starting with the traditional Piña Colada as the base, adding mango really provides this classic summer cocktail with a twist it deserves.
