Past Exhibitions. Call for Artists. Place des Arts houses three exhibition spaces in which we are proud to exhibit the work of local emerging artists. Exhibitions change frequently, and artworks are generally for sale with proceeds directly supporting Place des Arts and the exhibiting artists. View our Gallery Hours View our Call for Artists.
Prices range from $120 up to $275 in 2023, depending on which camp and classes you choose. The weekly schedule in 2023 is July 4-7, 10-14, 17-21, and 24-28. Camps also run from July 31 to August 4, and from August 8-11. To learn more about these camps, visit the Place des Arts website.
The Summer Theatre Troupe is a set of theatre performances put on by Place des Arts each summer. In the past the shows have happened in July or August at Coquitlam Town Centre Park’s Community Plaza located at 1299 Pinetree Way. In 2023, however, they happened outside Place des Arts.
FUN Camps. FUN Camps is an environmental leadership program for 6-16 year old youth. There will be games, guest presenters, sports, arts, crafts, field trips, swimming and outdoor education. Registration for Summer Fun! begins on Sunday, April 17 at 7:00 am for online registration and 1:00 pm in-person or by phone. Place des Arts’ Summer Fun! program runs for six weeks offering many exciting week-long options for creative young people.

This summer, Place des Arts is offering a reimagined summer camp to provide online and in-person opportunities. Camps change weekly and include a variety of classes in the visual and performing arts.
