    The Hollow is the fourth episode of series nine of Agatha Christie's Poirot, broadcast on 26 April 2004. The feature-length episode is an adaptation of the Agatha Christie novel of the same name. It was directed by Simon Langton and the script was written by Nick Dear.

    Poirot is invited to The Hollow, a splendid country retreat of the Angkatell family. The unexpected arrival of Dr Christow's old lover leaves the company in an uproar. The next day, Dr Christow is found shot dead by the pool, his delicate wife standing next to him with a smoking revolver in her hand. Can the case be as simple as it seems?

  6. While filming a dance scene in the theater, Debbie Reynolds pulled a muscle. Singer went on to say how impressive it was for the young actors on set to see what a "real work ethic" was. The final scene shot during filming was of Marnie and Aggie flying. The flying scenes took a day to film, capturing the actors in front of a blue-screen.
