She takes you through a series of low impact moves that keep your heart rate elevated enough to get a cardio workout and break a good sweat but without pushing it too much.

Mar 03, 2008 · I used the Prenatal Fitness Fix dvd by Erin O'brien during my pregnancy and her Postnatal Rescue dvd after. I was so impressed by both these workouts I wanted to get another by her. This is a great workout, no cheesy music, no gimmmicks, just good, effective exercise! Highly recommended
