Ovaj bosanski ban je prvi poznati Kotromanić o kojem se ujedno i ne zna mnogo.
Ban Prijezda I Kotromanić of Bosnia was born in 1211, in Bosna, Kakanj, Federation of Bosnia and Herzegovina, Bosnia-Herzegovina as the son of Kotroman Borić. He had at least 3 sons and 1 daughter with Jelisaveta Kotromanić. He died on 8 May 1287, in his hometown, at the age of 76.

Feb 11, 2019 · In 1255 the Hungarian King granted new lands to the Bosnian Ban in Slavonia. Prijezda had to dispatch Bosnian forces in 1260 to fight in the Hungarian Army against the Bohemian King. In 1270, King Bela IV died. He was succeeded by his son Stephen V. The powerful Duke of Macsó was killed a war in 1272. The same year King Stephen V died.
