Aug 3, 2020 · Based on reviews from the war, some soldiers love it, some don't. People say it outclasses these other rifles, I don't buy it. Yes its newer and has more modern ergonomics but beyond that what else does it provide.-AK 308 rifles - these will work but again there is no standard as the Russians and others don't use 308.

Jul 4, 2018 · I have an early model PTR. Just after they changed from JLD. Not one of the shit ones, thankfully. Also own and shoot both the AR 308 platform and JRA M14. My PTR has the 18” target barrel. Let’s start with the obvious. It’s heavy. Really heavy. Nasty recoil with the HK G3 furniture. And the trigger sucks balls. Iron sights are very nice.

Jul 30, 2019 · The craziness of the PTR Industries 32 is real but its not a bad thing. The rifle was based off the iconic HK91 but PTR chambered the rifle in 7.62x39. It functions exactly like the HK81 used to but takes AK style magazines in the magwell instead.
