Fairy Tale Forest in West Milford will reopen its doors this coming fall. The park first opened in 1957.
Sep 9, 2016 · Of all the attractions and that have existed in West Milford, few were more beloved than Fairly Tale Forest in Oak Ridge, NJ. Whether a class trip or family outing to the park, it was a long awaited and much anticipated event for generations of children.

It was a quintessential part of our childhoods between 1957 – 2005 and was missed by many when it closed. In 2011, there were whispers of renovations and reopenings. Several years later, the project began in earnest.
