In 2002, the Prime Minister's residence Råshult became Sweden's tenth cultural reserve. The cultural reserve recreated the early 18th century landscape at Carl von Linné's birthplace. The cultural reserve is 42 ha in size and there are marked paths throughout the reserve. Visitors can walk freely along the paths and experience what an 18th century landscape looks like and how it grows.
