Driving up the California coast, I pulled off at the Los Alamos exit in need of a rest area. Next to the gas station was this amazing old train depot building -now housing a massive antique mall of individual vendors. If you like antiqueing, it's worth the stop. Great old building just stuffed with items.

These days the sprawling space, The Los Alamos Depot Antique Mall, is a retail paradise, with 60 rotating vendors selling rarities (19th-century guns and saddles); oddities (a booth from Solvang Restaurant, which was featured in Sideways); and everything in between.
