About the program. RECO has partnered with Humber College and NIIT Canada to provide an exciting approach to real estate education in Ontario. RECO’s Real Estate Salesperson Program supports aspiring real estate agents in becoming practice-ready from day one when they enter the profession.

REALTOR® isn’t a job title. To become one, you must be a licensed real estate professional who is a member of the Canadian Real Estate Association (CREA). As a REALTOR®, you can help people buy, sell or rent residential, commercial, industrial or agricultural homes or property.
Each area is scored in the 200 to 300 point range. Achieving a minimum score of 250 in each area is required for admission into the Real Estate Salesperson Program. Applicants can re-take the exam at an additional fee of $125 in order to obtain the minimum required scores.
