THE HISTORY OF THE RED ROAD. Red Road Pizza Co. was established by Chad and Tessa Colley in 2016. The Red Road name comes from the 66 mile long Cascade Lakes Highway; which was originally paved in the 1950s with the red volcanic cinder that Central Oregonians know so well. The red cinder gave the highway its original nickname of “The Red Road”.
Specialties: A delicious pizza food cart that makes homemade dough and sauce. We create a truely unique pizza for central Oregonians, a crust that's not too thin or too thick. Located at Wild Ride Brewery in beautiful downtown Redmond. Established in 2016. A central Oregon favorite. Our customers have come to expect the very best from our food truck.
