Reed Amussen Benson (January 2, 1928 – August 24, 2016) was an American academic and professor of religion at Brigham Young University who was the national director of public relations for the John Birch Society. During his career, Benson was noted for his political conservatism and advocacy of homeschooling.

Reed Benson (born Reed Whitney Benson, January 4, 1973) is an American artist known for his fluorescent abstract and Neo-Expressionism paintings. Born and raised in Atlanta, Benson spent his early childhood as a working actor, where he was featured in commercial advertisements and starred in productions for the Alliance Theatre.
