La Bamba is definitely a divey Mexican restaurant in Shockoe Bottom. They are located on the corner of Franklin & 18th St. There is a small parking lot right beside the restaurant that says it is for patrons of La Bamba only, but it is blocked off sometimes, so the other parking option is street parking on the surrounding streets or there are a couple of paid lots nearby.
